Use the following table to complete your task:

To...	Then...
Approve the order	Click Approve. This changes the status of the order from Submitted to On Order.
Deny the order entirely	Click Deny All. This changes the status of the order from Submitted to Denied.
Return the order to the originating school for changes	Click Revive. This changes the status of the order from Submitted to Unsent.
Add resource items to the order	In the "Select Resources to Add to Order" section, select a resource category in the Find drop-down. Enter a word associated with the name, title, or instructional classification of the resource. Adjust the in drop-down accordingly. Enter a quantity in the Site Requested field. Click Select. Click Save.
Adjust the approved quantity of an order item	Find the resource item of interest, and then adjust the approved quantity in the Warehouse Approved field. Click Save.

You can create notes to attach to resource orders in any section by viewing ( ) the order. The notes can be viewed from the Resource Orders page or within the section pages.

To add a note

Additional notes can be added to existing notes in either the Resource Orders page or within a category page. New notes for any order can only be created by first viewing the order.

1. Click . The Notes page appears.
2. Enter information in the Notes field.
3. Click Add. A dated note entry appears.
4. Add another note or click Close.

To view a note

You can view notes for any order in any section. If existing notes are available for an order, click to view them. You can also add additional notes to any order except denied orders.

1. Click . The Notes page appears. Existing notes are listed by date.
2. Click Close when finished.
