Resource items
After you add a resource, you can add items:
- with barcodes
- without barcodes
Resource items can be:
- Items = hardware, instruments, athletic gear, etc.
- Media = software
- License = software
To populate the item page for your resource
note These steps are a continuation of the steps you followed in Resource Details.
- What item are you populating?

| Add Media page | For details on specific fields on the Add Media page, click the  . |
| Add License page | For details on specific fields on the Add License page, click the . |
| Add Item page | For details on specific fields on the Add Item page, click the . |
- Populate the rest of the fields accordingly.
- If you want to add a historical note or print labels, select the applicable boxes.
- When you are done, click Save and follow the prompts.
- To add more items, repeat the steps in Add Details.
