View a Denied Order (Site)
Resource orders that cannot be fulfilled by the warehouse are denied and placed in the Denied section. The order's originating site is notified when the order appears in the site's Resource Order Denied section. Once denied, the order can only be viewed by the site. The denied order can also be viewed from the Archive tab.
Denied orders remain on the Orders page until they are removed ( 
), but remain indefinitely on the Orders Archive page.
The site is restricted to viewing the order and its notes.

To view details about a resource item in the order, click the blue highlighted name of the item.
NOTE On some pages, you must click Show More to view the blue highlighted resource item.
