Help Tickets—Archive tab

Select Back Office > Help Tickets > Archive

When the Status of a Help Ticket is changed to Closed the Help Ticket moves to the Closed section of the Archive tab.

If you click Edit Help Ticket next to a Closed Help Ticket the Edit Help Ticket page opens with a Reopen button. For details on reopening a Help Ticket, go to Reopen Help Ticket.

note To enter or select cumulative limiters, click Customize View.
