My Info

My Info lets you see all your checkouts, their due dates, any fines you may have, and any holds or reserves, and their status. It also lets you see your Resource Lists.

Help Tickets Follett Destiny® Resource Manager. To learn about Help tickets from MyInfo, see Create Help Ticket (Resource Manager).

If allowed, you can even log in and check this page from home.

Checkouts Items Out lists all the books and materials that you currently have checked out. If a due date appears in red, that item is overdue.

If allowed, you may be able to renew them from here. Click either Renew next to the item, or Renew All at the bottom of the list.

To recommend a title to another person, click the recommend icon.

If there is a View History button, you can see a list of everything you have checked out in the past.

note In Follett Destiny® Library Manager, the available history will be limited if the district opted to purge patron checkout history.

Delete - Pending ILL Requests

 If you are at the requesting library and your patrons have access to My Info, they can cancel a pending ILL request.

Digital Content lists all digital content.

Unapproved - ILL Requests For any ILL requests that are not approved yet, you can see a status of Unapproved in My Info. This lets your patrons know the exact status of their request.

To recommend a book to someoneIf there is a recommendation icon next to a title, click it to recommend that title to someone.

Recommended Titles lists any titles that other people have recommended to you.

You can see the name of the person who recommended it, when they sent it, and any comments they may have added.

To delete the recommendation, click Delete.

To print out the listTo print your information, click Printable button in the lower corner, and then click Print on the browser's toolbar.

Advanced features for faculty membersThe Holds section also includes any booking requests for district instructional media that you have placed.
Check the status column:

  • Ready: The district media center has picked, but not yet shipped the materials.
  • Pending: The district media center has not yet prepared the materials for shipment.
    For an eBook, the booking date has not yet arrived.
  • Unavailable: The district media center does not currently have the materials to fulfill your request. If Unavailable is linked, click it to view the reason provided by the district media specialist.
  • Expired: You need to either enter a new date range or place a new booking request if you still want the materials.
  • Declined: You need to place a new request if you still want the item. If Declined is linked, click it to view the reason provided by the district media specialist.

To change the date range for a request, click the edit icon.

To delete a request, click the delete icon.

Items Out lists any district media materials that are en route (shipped) to you or already in your possession.
To extend the due date for one of these, click Extend.

Currently Teaching lists your classes and the textbooks checked out to you and those reassigned to your students.

Any textbooks checked out to you on the To Patron tab appear under Items Out.

To reassign textbooks that were checked out to you on the To Teacher tab, select a linked entry under Items Out/Assigned. The Reassign Textbook page appears with a list of the available textbooks.

To transfer the textbooks to another class (yours or another teacher's), click the transfer icon.

To edit a class section, click the edit icon adjacent to the class.
